Timeline of JYJ and SM conflicts (talks/trials/lawsuits)
June 6,2009: The meeting between the CEO of SM and the families of the 3(JYJ) members - the families of the 3 proclaim their break-up with SM.
June 24,2009: The 3 JYJ members submit the contents of their contract with SM to the courts via certified mail, questioning its validity.
June 25,2009: The families of the 3 conduct an urgent meeting with the web-masters of their fan sites secretly.(The rumor of the other 2 members' betrayal spreads - all 5 members were supposed to leave SM, but the 2 members decided to remain)
July 31, 2009: JYJ Files for Temporary Contract Injunction against SM.(expressed no negotiation with SM during the pending period)
Oct 27,2009: The judge partially grants the JYJ temporary suspension until the actual lawsuit so they can continue on with their activities but with their contract with SM still intact. The legal representatives of the 3 interviewed that they will file the lawsuit within 2 weeks.(actual file date was June 25, 2010)
Nov 2, 2009: SM announces their position on the matter; Uknow & Changmin's statement along with their fathers’ confirmation are presented (they request the return of the 3 JYJ members for the TVXQ's comeback performance for 2010, but the 3 declined)
Nov 21,2009: Shimchun Concert in China is cancelled. A quarter of the Mirotic world tour performances are cancelled due to the absence of the 3 JYJ members.
Dec 12,2009: Right after the cancellation of TVXQ fan-meeting (Dec 11) in Japan, the 3 hosted their own fan-meeting with Japanese fans.
Dec 31, 2009: TVXQ performs at the NHK Annual Song Battle (Japan TV)

[2010 Schedule] April 3, 2010 AVEX the Japanese management for TVXQ discontinues the activities of 5 TVXQ. April 13, 2010 AVEX announces they had an exclusive contract with JYJ.
From that day on, as EXPECTED(요기 금칙어였어 소문자로해야해 ㅠㅜ), AVEX manages the 3 JYJ members at its sole discretion without SM's consent. On Apr.12, SM expressed that they will file a lawsuit to validate their contracts with the 3 along with the objection to the temporary contract injunction stated above.
Finally, on Jun 25, the 3 file a lawsuit to void their contract with SM as if it never existed in the first place. During this time, TVXQ's comeback chances are in the deep abyss.

YH:Yes, and it was then that I realized that I needed to change something.
3.Strong heart-HOMME FATAL special episode #2 (TV show) CM: There was a heartbreaking moment. But YH never shed a tear. Maybe he forgot how to. YH: I made an oath to my deceased grandfather that I wouldn't cry until I reached the peak of my success,
4. Grazia Nov.edition (Magazine) YH: At first, I was really depressed. I took the subway from the starting station to the last station. I walked for 6 hours straight, wandering aimlessly. I hiked up and down a hill repeatedly without any purpose, thinking this was sort of like the path I'm on currently.
